Salem     1-25-26

My Dear Mr. Loyd:

If you will kindly tag the articles property of Gayner Glass Wks or J William Gayner & you will see that there is no misunderstanding to ownership[.]

It will suit me for better to leave everything at Lynchburg as the fruit jar mould & parts will be of value to the new owners if they make fruit jars or Packer ware[.]

Regarding my personal belongings I have the prospect of two or three position[s]. I have not

[page 2] (2)been anxious to leave Salem as Mrs Gayner wishes me to stay here with her[.] She is not well & may not be with me very long[.]

I am operating on a machine at the Gayner Glass. Their business is fine & making good money[.]

Will you send me a few circulars of the sale also one of the last financial statements you made to the Board[?]

With kind regards

Very Truly Yours,

J William Gayner
